Team Leader / Water Resource Management Expert - FLUENT IN RUSSIAN - Kazakhstan

A leading international consulting engineering company is seeking a Team Leader / Water Resource Management (IWRM / WRM) Expert to manage the project implementation and provide Technical Assistance to government agencies.

You will be based in Astana for a 5 man month input with potential extensions.

The project is starting in February but the Team Leader needs to be replaced at the earliest opportunity, at the very latest in April.

Experience:

• Fluent in Russian
• BSc and MSc in Water Resources or related.
• 15+ years of experience on similar international water resource management projects.
• Experience in water resource issues in Central and West Asia
• Familiar with ADB projects.
• Must be able to work with government agencies, executing agencies and work with international teams.
