Quantity Surveyor / England

A well-established medium sized UK Main Contractor based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. My client has a variety of exciting projects that the successful applicant will be looking after.

The types of projects my clients work on are new builds, refurbishments and extensions in the Commercial, Healthcare, Educational, Hospitality, Retail and Leisure sectors. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to join a solid company with an impressive portfolio of work. They are not only in a strong position with current work, but they are maintaining their success at winning more work putting them in a real strong position.

Due to my client being a medium sized Main Contractor this means that they are also a tightknit company. They work as a team and have a good, positive working atmosphere.

They have also shown successful growth over the years, however have wanted to keep their tightknit identity so have not grown too much and lost this identity.
