Pre-Commissioning Lead
Location: UAE, Sharjah with trips to Saudi Arabia (On & Offshore)
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 months (renewable on agreement)
Salary: Negotiable
Rotation: TBC
Single Status assignment
Accommodation / Flight (economy) / Insurances provided by Client
More than 15 years of overall experience in oil and gas engineering field;
Minimum 12 years of international experience in Years of Working
Pre-commissioning operations within oil and gas
Min 10 years of experience in Coordinator/Lead role in Pre- commissioning operations within oil and gas Engineering Field
Capability to coordinate the Internal and Subcontractors personnel from a technical and commercial point of view, being their focal point;
Capability to work in liaison with other project disciplines and functions;
Full competence of the techniques and operation to perform the Pipelines, Subsea Structure and Flowline hydrotesting and precommissioning activities;
Full competence in the discipline engineering design criteria, methods and workflows from conceptual phase up to site installation phase.
Capability to perform and coordinate Project engineering documents production activities and to check and review the discipline documents, prepared either internally or by Vendors;
Full mobility skill, both Onshore and Offshore worldwide.
To develop the Project operational procedures related to the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning activity;
To organize and coordinate the activities of the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning team assigned, providing technical and administrative guidance to ensure that aims and objectives are effectively and economically achieved;
To provide the discipline check and review of documents, calculations, drawings and schedule issued by the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning engineering team assigned;
To ensure technical coordination with all other phases of work, including attendance at interface meetings;
To attend the meeting with Client, HAZID, Risk Assessment regarding critical issues arising from the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning activities;
Responsible for the planning, mobilization and operation on site of the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning equipment and personnel assigned to the project;
To lead the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning engineering and construction activities on site in liaison with the Precom Superintendent;
Administer and coordinate the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning Subcontractor and its activity on site;
Fully adhere, at all times and irrespective of the work place, to Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and requirements;
