Senior/Site Manager

Our client is a leading International Construction Company and one of the UK's most successful privately-owned main contractors. They are urgently looking for a Site and Senior Site Manager to work on a £60m+ retail development.

They are seeking candidates with the following:

• Engineering Qualification or Trade Background
• A proven track record of delivering projects as a Site Manager within a UK based main contractor
• Industrial and Commercial projects £20m - £60m
• Proven ability to lead a Site team across multiple packages of works from groundworks through to finishes and project completion
• A hands-on, proactive approach to work

Reporting into the Project Manager, responsibilities will include:

• Produce short term programme
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and update SHEQ plan regularly
• Manage site inductions
• Manage all site activity and sub-contractors
• Achieve quality / programme
• Approve method statements / risk assessments
• Organise site logistics
• Liaise with customers and clients
