Sr HR Organization & Planning Advisor / England

For our multinational client in Basingstoke we are seeking an HR professional with 7-12 years' corporate HR experience, looking to step into a more specialised role, relating to resource planning, organizational structures, organisational models, job description databases, manpower planning budgets, to be able to present to stakeholders a full picture of resources and where they are currently allocated, in relation to where there is most need. The environment is the Korn Ferry Hay Job Evaluation method for mapping job roles in the context of organizational structure.

This is an initial 12 month assignment, with the intention to extend for several years, to start in February, based about a 10 minute walk from Basingstoke station, close to the town centre, in a modern, corporate professional environment, working with colleagues in the HR team. We are seeking someone with 7-12 years in corporate HR, experienced on resource planning methods and organisational structures, plus strong Excel for reporting and presentations. We have a target rate of c£280 - £300/day LTD.
