Recruitment Consultant / Netherlands

We have an excellent opportunity to hire a Recruitment Consultant in our Netherlands Den Haag office which is in a prime location directly above Den Haag Central Station. Easily accessible by public transport, bike and car, the location places us close to some of our major clients and it also offers a range of local shops, restaurants, gyms and other facilities for taking advantage of.

The operation in the Netherlands is focused on a variety of predominantly technical markets. We supply to a number of our key global clients, who are based in country and a variety of local clients. We are looking for somebody to join the team as a recruitment consultant in order to service and develop current and new clients. The right individual should have the necessary drive and skills to help grow our operation.

Key Features include:

• Managing candidate selection processes and ensuring candidate experience/competencies meets client's specifications

• Supporting business growth through a range of marketing/business development activities

• Developing, utilising and maintaining multiple recruitment methodologies

• Opportunity to support domestic and international resourcing activity

• Interfacing with the Resource Centre to manage effective recruitment delivery

Experience required

• Experience communicating effectively with candidates and clients at all levels

• Recruitment experience in relevant markets

• Negotiation skills

• Demonstrable business development skills

• Able to work with minimum supervision

• Dutch and English language is required
