Our client have a requirement for an HR Training Partner to be based at their office in Doha, Qatar on a yearly renewable contract.

The post holder should have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Education preferably with a Major in Human Resources Management. They should have minimum of 4-6 years experience in HR including 2 years in Learning and Development.

DUTIES:

Ongoing day to day organizational Training needs for 300 personnel, 3 different departments. This determines the development of tools, launch a communication notification, plan and budget those specified accounts.

Aid with Reporting and Dash boarding, by introducing tools and optimizing flow of work.

The documentation associated with programs, procedures and policy review.

Aid the Strategy building process, by providing modern displays.

Populate an engaging Integrated Training Plan.

Execute the Training Web Page.

Assist and support other Training Partners.

Define competency matrixes and training paths giving priority to the HSE policy and procedures.

Support Disciplines in the development, identification and implementation of Competency and Training matrices.

Define and maintain updated Training paths for each Discipline.

Propose priorities for objectives/ axes of orientation of the Training policy of the Disciplines.

Plan the annual budget with the Discipline Functional Team Leads (FTL) and monitor its execution.

Ensure that employees have an established Training plan approved by managers. Identify Training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance review and regular consultation with line managers. Suggest, when necessary, Training interventions to focus on skill gaps.

Work closely with the Disciplines Training Correspondents and HR Business Partners to address any learning issues, effectiveness of training and development programs, and new educational needs by identifying, creating or revamping Training courses.

Translate business challenges and operational goals into pedagogical objectives.

Review program evaluations, assessments results, participants and managers feedback on Training effectiveness to make recommendations for continuous improvements.

Work closely with Discipline FTLs and Training Correspondents to identify, plan and future proof the Discipline required competencies ( long term needs analysis)
