1. Purpose of the Role
1.1. To ensure uninterrupted Administrative support at Nhamacunda Residential complex;
1.2. To oversee the Nhamacunda Admiration building and ensure integrity of whole Sasol assets therein;
1.3. To conduct and assist with bookkeeping and office up keeping at the Nhamacunda Administration building.
2. Key Responsibilities
2.1. Administration Support
- Act as permanent receptionist at Nhamacunda Administration building;
- Collect, keep records and follow up of utility invoices from EDM, ENH, and all relevant entities;
- To collect and register Nhamacunda snags, notifications and any tenant complaints on behalf of the Landlord and channel accordingly to SHE officer and Landlord;
- To issue/distribute utility invoices to all Nhamacunda Tenants and Nhamacunda Service Providers;

2.2. Effective Teamwork and Self-Management
- To reconcile snag lists and complete daily notification sheets;
- To conduct regular random inventory stock counts for Nhamacunda stationery;
- To issue updating reports to Landlord;
- Take ownership and accountability for tasks and activities and demonstrate effective self-management in terms of planning and prioritizing, and self-development;
- Manage tenants expectations and communicate appropriately;
- Demonstrate willingness to help others and “go the extra mile” to meet team targets and objectives.
2.3. SAP Transactions
- Perform basic SAP transactions and be able to generate Material Reservation, Notifications, Purchasing Requisitions and Service Entry Sheets;
- Liaison with Service providers and Sasol Financial Department in order to ensure compliance to invoicing and payment dates.

4. Qualifications
4.1 Secondary school level (12th Year of Mozambican Education system), Administrative practices or related field;
4.2 Three years of experience in office Administration or similar position.
