Senior Tender Manager / Netherlands

A large international Construction Business in Europe is looking to hire a Senior Tender Manager with a background in Roads and Transportation for their Netherlands operations. If you are a specialist Tender/Project Manager looking for a high level role with a market leader, whilst enjoying the opportunity to be based in one of the most desirable cities in the region, then this could be for you.

This individual will be working as the leader of the Tender team managing a team to deliver infrastructure and transportation tenders/bid in excess of €50m in value.

This Contractor is one of the largest companies in the region and are recognised as specialists in the market locally and Globally. They posses a track record on major works across the region with projects globally.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role working as a leader in and part of a team whilst ideally leading groups of engineers in delivering bid packages. They will have contributed significantly to multiple projects and have a proven track record in the successful delivery of bids on a consistent basis. They should be from a technical design/project management/bid manager background and have worked in roles similar to this.

The role is a long term opportunity with scope to advance a career through the organisation and into other global locations. It offers a very competitive package and relocation, and mobilisation where required.
