HSE Supervisor / France

The Company:  International service provider, high quality services to leading actors in Oil & Gas Industry, in all areas of operation: continental and deep offshore

Type: Permanent 

Location: Marseille, South of France

Objective: Participate to develop Methods and HSE support to Integrated Logistics Services for offshore oil & gas companies.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

10 years of experience, of which 05 years in O&G Logistics Department.

Accountable for safe operations in all logistics activities under the umbrella of Logistics and to contribute to meet Hygiene and Health preservation, Safety and respect for Environment (HSE) objectives in conformity with the HSE objectives

To lead, maintain and update the Logistics Management System, including the Logistics Operational Procedures to support the Integrated Logistics Offers.

To contribute to raising the standards of Logistics by ensuring that employees, and contractors are sufficiently informed, instructed and trained on their knowledge and use of the HSE Management System

Keeps the HSE training database updated, and takes part to the implementation of the HSE training program

To provide support in the HSE selections, evaluations and audits of Logistics suppliers, and during each phase of a project from bidding to deployment / execution phases.

To adapt HSE and Logistics Operational Procedures to clients requirements and proposed strategy. When available, propose technical optimization to clients operational standards and requirements based on technical and HSE analysis

Lead and coordinate HSE reporting process (Incident and investigation). Accountable for incident report approval and close out.

Lead the MTH & HSE service, including the corporate lifting specialist

Lifting Management System in place and implemented.
