Description

• Main responsible for the contract 

• Main responsible for contractual issues and follow up towards the client

• Ensure that works are according to the scope in the contract

• Support the Project director in contractual communications towards the client

• Main responsible for variation orders

• Main responsible for content in contracts with subcontractors together with the procurement manager

• Main responsible for securing that other departments follow the requirements set by the contract

• Reporting of contractual status to headquarter in Madrid
