Urgent vacancy for a Human Resources Manager working in Western Africa


Overview
Opportunity to work an 8/4 rotation on a Surface Gold mine in Western Africa.


Essential Requirements
• Relevant Bachelor of Commerce Degree
• 8 years' minimum experience at a HR managerial level in the mining industry
• Advanced knowledge/skills are required in the following areas:
-Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships and maintaining them
-Negotiating and facilitating
-Ability to analyse information and evaluate results to choose the best course of action
-Business and management principles
-Fluent in English and French
• Lead by example and be able to practice self-management, be a self-starter, and instill credibility
• Be a hands-on manager and be able to work for lengthy periods under consistently high work pressure
• Possession of a driver's license.
