OBJECT

The requested service relates to the realization of service: Web-GIS Engineer

REQUIRED SKILLS:

For the realization of the present service, the Holder will have to bring the following competences:

- Creation of web-app under ESRI technology

- Creation of internal or external requirements for Web-GIS portal

- Follow-up of technologies related to Web-GIS

- Drafting of initial expression of need, of specifications

- Technical recipe of solutions developed via a TMA, with associated test book

- Follow-up of releases

- Correction of defects

- Web technical support

- Mastering ArcGIS for Desktop 10.2 Software and Extensions

- Mastery of geographic information systems (georeferencing, database modeling, I / O, geoprocessing, versioned databases, tracking

- Mastery of geodesy and coordinate systems

- Mastering databases (Access (.mdb), Geodatabase ESRI (gdb)

- Mastery of the GIS-Web part
