Information Management Business Analyst / Lead / Netherlands

We are currently helping a client deliver a number of IM projects within the Oil & Gas industry in the Netherlands. The positions available are:

IM Business Analyst/Workflow Consultant

Based in Moerdijk and occasional travel between Bergen Op Zoom and Zoetermeer. Responsibilities include:

• Works for the project IM Lead
• Configure & manage Assai Cloud
• Configure & manage automated doc control workflows (minimum DCC intervention)
• DCC skills to run minimum DCC intervention
• Experience in DS BF projects
• Draft & enforce IM procedures
• Configure & manage SP
• Configure & mange IM reporting
• Manage the MDR
• Dutch speaking
• primarily Moerdijk base
• needs to have a car (travel between M, BoZ and Zoetermeer)
• Full time for FEED (2019)

IM Business Analyst (small projects, Assess, Select)

Based in Pernis with visits to RIJ and Amsterdam, Responsibilities include:

• Configure & manage Assai Cloud
• Configure & manage automated doc control workflows (minimum DCC intervention)
• DCC skills to run minimum DCC intervention
• Experience in DS BF projects
• Draft & enforce IM procedures
• Configure & manage SP
• for the BF projects: experience in DS BF projects
• setup a concept for IM for PT Small Projects and replicate across the portfolio and replicate (small projects and early phases for large projects)
• dutch speaking.

IM Lead (flagship projects)

Based in Pernis with visits to RIJ and Amsterdam, Responsibilities include:

• experience with such projects!
• co-located with the project
• takes an active role in shaping data centric ways of working
