We are a leading global technical recruitment company providing professional contract and permanent staff to a diverse world- wide client base within the oil & gas Industry. Our client, a large Oilfield service provider, is seeking an Administrator in Estevan, SK. This will be a 7 month contract role starting ASAP with strong possibility of extension or conversion to staff.
The shift will be 5 days on/ 2 days off (Mon-Fri) 8 hours per day, regular day hours
The individuals MUST be local to the Estevan, SK area as no LOA or camp is available.
Essential Responsibilities:

Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide support billing product sold to customer within South East Saskatchewan
- Provides basic and some advanced support by handling a wide variety of administrative functions within a functional area.
- May be responsible for performing office tasks such as filing, maintaining records, processing transactions and other similar duties.
- May prepare reports, presentations and/or correspondence.
- Follows organizational and department procedures to complete tasks.
- May support in facilitating logistics of functional group.
- May handle special projects as assigned.
- Work under general supervision.
- Point of contact for suppliers & accounts payable.
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3 years of office experience
- Intermediate computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office software packages and/or company specific databases
- Worked with SAP
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Must be able to work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills
- Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated

- Detailed knowledge of practices and procedures of departments
