Job specification:
 
  • Participates in the organization of the entire production process (for which he is responsible), taking into account the size of the order and its structure, raw material properties, technical equipment and production capacity of the plant as well as qualifications of the crew,
  • Analyzes / controls the planned technological process, identifies current problems and changes its parameters in connection with possible equipment failure, change in the properties of raw materials or the size of the order,
  • Participates in the design of individual production lines (preparation of production schedules, supervision over their implementation), as well as in the process of quality control of semi-finished products and finished products;
  • Participates in the commissioning of machines and new start-ups;
  • Collects data for the development of engineering documentation, feasibility study of the project and calculation of the product; prepares reports and statements of production indicators;
  • Controls the documentation of the production process (creating standards, job statements, description of processes, procedures);
  • Prepares a technological improvement project and proposes new solutions to optimize the production process (changes in processes and tools);
 
Essential requirements:
 
  • Higher technical education (management and production engineering, automation and robotics, electrical engineering);
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel);
  • Good command of English allowing free oral and written communication;
  • min. 3 years of experience in a related position, preferred in the Automotive industry;
  • Practical knowledge of the metal casting or machining process (mechanical, thermal);
  • Practical knowledge of issues and procedures related to the organization and planning of production as well as the operation of foundry and machining technological equipment and lines

  • high level of creativity and creativity;
  • the ability to think logically and to see cause- and-effect relationships;
  • ability to use construction and technological documentation of production lines, production standards;
