Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer / UAE

Educated to HNC/HND or equivalent standard in mechanical engineering-based discipline.

Preference is for a degree education level - but overall experience takes precedence

• Experience -

Offshore experience - this position will have a high level of offshore travel

10 years, preferably working as Field Service Engineer, minimum experience of mechanical and rotating equipment maintenance, condition monitoring and control system interfaces.

OEM trained in the installation and removal of Centrifugal barrel type compressors.

Knowledge of operating and maintaining rotating equipment to include Rolls Royce, Dresser Rand, Solar & GE, together with knowledge of power and process equipment.

Experience in the use of Oracle Management System would be an advantage.

Be physically and mentally fit to work at a remote location in a multi cultured and multi discipline environment.

Act as Operations member of the Incident Management Team for emergency preparedness, if requested.

Excellent English language skills.
