Description
Main responsibility
•Plan and supervise execution of the mechanical completion activities for Company on the subsea scope of supply for the Brynhild plug and abandonment operations.
•Build and maintain the PIMS and/or ProArc documentation system on the subsea scope of supply for the Brynhild plug and abandonment operations.
•Assist in planning and execution of the subsea interface activities between the Drilling Department and Field Development for the Brynhild de-commissioning project.
Responsibilities
•Follow up Contractor’s planned activities on the subsea scope of supply by active dialog, formal communication and reporting.
•Follow up of Non-Conformance and Deviation reporting for the relevant equipment/systems through the Synergi system.
•Ensure all planning and execution adhere to Company’s HSEQ standards and APOS requirements and work processes.
•Report progress on activities and deliverables against project schedule.
•Follow up verifications, tests and inspections towards Contractors.
•Actively take part in the risk assessment work during planning and execution.
•Identify and implement changes according to Management of Change process.
•Give input to weekly and monthly reports.
•Monitor progress and resource consumption.
•Report lessons learned
Requirements
- Education: Higher education / University or relevant experience
- Experience with use of PIMS CMS in projects.
- Experience from project completion of subsea projects.
- Minimum 15 years of experience within the offshore industry with extensive experience from subsea projects
