We are currently seeking a Proposals Coordinator to commence work writing tenders for a range of exciting Civil Construction projects. Our client is a well-known and respected contractor in the Civil Construction industry.
Reporting to the National Proposals Manager, you will take lead on the management, coordination, preparation and review of all bids and associated documents that go through your department. In this role it will be expected of you to efficiently implement resource planning and scheduling. You will work closely with the National Proposals Manager in guiding the Proposals teams overall strategic direction. It’s imperative that you possess an inherent understanding of the client’s needs; this understanding will be demonstrated in the content you develop.
To be successful in obtaining this sought after position; 2+ years’ experience in a similar role is paramount along with having a background in the Civil Construction industry. You will possess qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a similar field. It’s important that you have a proven track record of working in a fast paced and deadline driven environment and you have demonstrated in your past roles that you can work effectively in a team and autonomously.
