You will be able to do the following:
- Post job requirements including the title, description, location, duration, your internal job reference no., and the category that best characterises the job (over 60 to choose from).
- Edit all job requirements. You can login to Expats Direct and view all your current requirements. You can edit all the details of the job, should the need arise. If you need to temporary disable the job, having received sufficient applications, then that facility is also available. The job requirement will not be viewable any more by our members. You also have the ability to activate the job requirement again.
- View Job History. You can also view your complete job history; that is all your jobs that you have deleted over the past two months. Sometimes you may need to recruit for the same post again. You can simply view your job history, select the job that you want to resubmit, make any necessary modifications and resubmit back into the live vacancy database.
- Automatic notification to members. Whenever you add any job requirement, Expats Direct will automatically email the details of the job to all interested members who have registered to be notified of jobs within the category that the jobs falls into. Upon receiving the email, members simply click on the hyperlink, and they are taken directly to your job requirement entry at Expats Direct.
- Receive online messages from candidates.Members showing interest in your vacancies can leave you an online notification message. You can view all messages for each vacancy and also take a look at the CVs of members that leave you notifications of interest.
- Confidential Jobs. If a particular vacancy requires anonymity, you have the option to allow Expats Direct to handle all enquiries and to act as the contact point for the vacancy.
- Access to our CV Database. Our members have the option to create their own online CV, outlining their skills, levels of expertise, areas of experience, projects they have worked on and so on. You will be able to search for the right candidate for your requirement in seconds.
