Head of Interior Design / Australia

The Role:

• Full responsibility and management of the Interior Design team
• Responsible for the leadership in resource management and design 
• Efficiently and consistently working under pressure & tight time frames 
• Work with marketers and clients to define project requirements and develop design criteria
• Work with the team on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to develop a design operational framework that aligns with the business strategic imperatives
• Ensure that the management of the design team encourages a positive, supportive, diverse, and inclusive environment where each member can perform at their full potential.

About You:

• 5+ years experience 
• Degree qualified in Interior Design or equivalent 
• Experience in working on Commercial construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and or Revit is required
• Workplace fit out experience is not essential but highly regarded 
• Experience in managing a team is essential
