QHSE incident administrator / Rotterdam

We are looking for a QHSE Incident Administrator for one of our cleints based in Rotterdam as soon as possible until November 2023


The responsibilities are as follows

• Monitoring of the incident registration system and follow-up on incidents reported
• Internal communication with incident reporters, project managers, fleet managers, vessels, regarding the incidents
• Reviewing of incidents, discussing with QHSE colleagues/ specialists in order to identify if the incidents can be submitted for closure
• Monitoring of incident mailbox and keeping it up to date
• Provide instructions to personnel regarding the incident reporting system
• Testing of the incident reporting system (after updates from the provider)
• Support QHSE department with preparation of management reports (statistics)

You must have

• At least three years of work experience
• Knowledge or affinity with Health, Safety and Environment, HSE incidents, marine contractors work is a plus
• Computer literate (good command of MS Office, Qlik, Sharepoint)
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written
