SAP PM Coordinator

The Oil & Gas Operator client based in Aberdeen are seeking an experienced SAP PM/CMMS Coordinator for their Aberdeen offices. This will be an initial 12 month PAYE contract.

The company operate a 5 days in the office policy and unfortunately full remote working would not be possible.

Responsibilities:
* Subject Matter Expert for SAP PM - Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
* To Monitor the quality of SAP data and compliance with company processes and provide additional training/support as required to the business.
* Provide first-line support to offshore and onshore users in the use of SAP
* Planned Maintenance Management - Including but not limited to the Co-ordination of Work Order Management Processes, Compliance, Backlog, Management of Change requests
* Assist to develop, implement, and maintain monthly KPI's
* Organised, efficient and have ability to prioritise tasks

Experience & Qualifications:
* Essential knowledge of CMMS (SAP) Super User level
* Experience in plant maintenance support role and the use of CMMS (preferably SAP)
* Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Experience of asset management systems and maintenance process
* Must be able to think out of the box and be able to communicate and deliver whilst under pressure
* Proven experience in a similar position within the Oil & Gas industry
* Technical proficiency in IT programs, systems, and software
* Experience of CMMS implementation advantageous
* Must be self-motivated, have a can-do attitude to take ownership of issues, deliver sustainable improvements and be effective team player with ability to communicate across all functions within business
* Experience of management of classified hazardous areas and atex equipment advantageous
* Up to date with current CMMS technology and future technical digital improvements for CMMS
* A degree and relevant proven relevant industrial experience.
* A HND and relevant industrial experience.
* A HNC (or equivalent) and relevant industrial experience
