Land and Stakeholder Manager / Germany

The client is looking for a Land & Stakeholder Manager to join their regional team.

The Land & Stakeholder Manager would be working nationwide with the option of being based from home, working to manage all landowner and community relationships to secure land access rights and development agreements for a portfolio of onshore wind and solar projects in Germany

Essential requirements;

• At least Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is desirable but not necessary
• Demonstrable experience delivering land agreements within a rural agency, developer, or consultancy
• EU Drivers License
• Understanding of property and leasing law and various forms of legal agreements used to secure land access and development rights
• Flexibility to travel domestically at short notice

Desirable;

• Experience negotiating land agreement and land rights for a portfolio of onshore wind and solar projects across Germany
• Experience coordinating team of land agents, consultants, community liaison officers and external solicitors to secure land agreements
