Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health of the company and maximize the wealth for company shareholders.
Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents.
Complete financial reports, lead the month- end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
Strategize fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Leading the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and presenting findings to the board.
Assisting management with financial decisions and analyzing revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents, making use of ERP; Be able to adopt to new ERP system.
Managing an end- to-end audit process of current systems – while acting as the first point of contact for external auditors.
Understanding financial data of the enterprise keeping growth and strategy in mind
Complete tax returns and other statutory compliance requirements.
Ensure all accounting related processes and statutory compliance requirements are followed meticulously within the department; and support the internal periodic audit.
