Contract: Contract Administrator [Engineering and Construction project] / Thailand

Job type: Contract - 24+ month assignment to administer project contracts. 
Purpose of Job:
Works under the direct supervision of the Field Contract Manager, the overall objective of managing assigned contracts in a consistent, cost effective and problem-solving manner.

Job Duties/Functions: 

• Performs duties under minimal supervision and acts on own initiative on assigned contracts of significant complexity and value
• Maintain a working knowledge of the Company’s Contract Management practices and procedures.
• Lead internal Request for Proposal (RFP) and RFP explanation meetings, contract pre-award meetings, final negotiations, and drafting/finalization of contract documents
• Coordinate/maintain control of Construction Site Instructions / Field Work Orders
• Prepare, maintain, retrieve, and communicate records, reports, or documents that may be required to meet corporate and Contract Management requirements
• Perform Contract Management activities including preparation and execution of pre-award and post-award contract activities
• Participate in the Pre-Qualification process of subcontractors; monitor and track subcontractors compliance to Company’s HSE, Quality and Finance procedures
• Perform all duties assigned by the Project Contracts Manage to support and achieve project milestone goals
• Organize and document communications and meetings with contractors via Meeting Minutes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience required
• At least 5 years of work-related experience within the related field
• Good English communication skills
• Able to work onsite at Nong-Pho district, Nakhon Province
