Contract's Administrator
Based in Billingham, Teesside, TS23
Initially 6 months
Rate: - £14.00 - £16.00 per hour
The client is seeking 2 x Contracts Administrator's to work at their Billingham office, Teesside TS23.
The role is working for a leading Technical Consultancy operating in the oil, gas, and chemical sectors. This role is for a Contract Administrator within the Contract Services Team to support Consulting in the execution of various types of contract sizes and complexities.
Main Accountabilities
• Coordinate and monitor the completion of key contract administrative tasks associated with contract implementation (e.g. receipt of purchase order, purchase order acknowledgement).
• Facilitate the expedition of key contractual documentation required to commercially engage with our customers in line with internal processes and procedures.
• Monitor the status of customer requests and ensure that all enquiries are resolved rapidly providing any necessary escalation to the relevant personnel within the business.
• Assist in the preparation of periodic status reports of key contract documentation to allow the business to prioritise efforts and resources accordingly.

Skills required
- Experience in a similar role.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated candidate.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong numerical skills, with a good understanding of general software packages.
