The client in Barcelona are recruiting for a Procurement Administrator on a 12 month contract. Rates negotiable.

ONLY EU CITIZENS CAN BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.

Summary:

The Procurement Administrator provides support to the procurement team by performing general administrative tasks and monitoring the procurement process for equipment and services. This role involves organizing and storing documents, creating purchase orders, updating records, and responding to order issues.

Role Responsibilities:
 
  • Monitor  and obtain the approvals and  signatures of procurement documents (purchase orders, NDAs, Contracts, etc.)
  • Receive   invoices and ensure timely payment via the D365 software package
  • Support the administrative process of closing purchase orders in D365 and with suppliers
  • Ensure proper filing of contract documents (guidelines and deposit checks)
  • Ensure and monitor the creation of suppliers in the centralized IT system
  • Follow-up to  internal Purchase Order Approval  Owners
  • Formatting of procurement documents (spelling and layout)
  • Recommend optimal approaches to standardization in document writing and management
  • Archive documents in relevant locations
  • Place recurring orders


Person requirements:
 
  • Ability to attend the office in Barcelona
  • Previous experience handling purchase orders, or in a procurement position
  • Spanish language ability
  • French language ability is preferred
  • Experience with D365 / Dynamics365 is beneficial.
