Junior Estimator / CA | Architectural Homes | $50K - $65K + super

Builder Based in the Inner west is looking for an Estimator / Junior CA to work on high end renovations, extensions, additions.

The role:

Full cycle estimating
BOQ's within timelines
Take offs, quantities, production orders, supplier & contractor agreements
Liaising with suppliers, tradespeople, contractors and site supervisors

The requirements:

Estimating experience
Be familiar with estimating software
An understanding of purchasing and pricing
Understanding of applicable building codes
English language literacy and fluency
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
