Project Manager / Australia

This award-winning construction company has been operating for over 20 years within the Residential and Commercial space.

They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team working on commercial projects up to $15M. They have won a new project and are needing someone for an immediate start. 

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:

• Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
• Hands-on project management delivery of work 
• Provide good technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
• High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills 
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
• Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in Commercial Construction 

To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require:

• Tertiary qualification in Construction/Engineering or a trade background
• PM with government project experience (min 2 years)
• Experience with Building projects such as offices, schools, aged care, mixed residential...preferred 
• Exposure to accounting software (Jobpac/CHEOPS)
• Previously worked on projects up to $20M
• Travel across NSW and when necessary interstate travel
