REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors’ Degree, preferably in business administration/management, management honors, management engineering, applied math, economics, finance, accounting, law or equivalent. Advanced degree or professional certification would be an advantage.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in corporate finance or treasury position in top corporation, or as officer in a financial institution in relationship management, corporate banking, investment banking.
Ideally with experience in treasury (e.g., liquidity management and FX/interest rate transactions).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reports to the Head of Corporate Finance & Treasury, providing support for loans and treasury transactions serving, as well as serving as relationship contact with various financial institutions.
Responsible for liquidity forecasting and cash management, and investment management for the parent company as well as various business units to manage their liquidity, FX and interest rate exposures.
Deals with bank counterparties for FX and interest rate transactions.
Ensures proper execution, documentation, recording and monitoring of loans, investments, and hedging positions.
Updates and documents various policies, including FX, interest rate risk, and financial risk management policies for implementation of the treasury at ACEN parent and in ACESS.
Works with ACESS to ensure various cash and risk management systems are maximized and control processes are followed.
Undertakes budget and forecasting to match timing of liquidity needs to lower borrowing costs and optimize investment returns.
Performs other functions, related to Corporate Financing and Treasury that may be required.
