We are currently recruiting an Admin & Marketing Specialist to join their O&G client in Maslak, Turkey (outskirts of Istanbul) for an initial 1 year contract.
This role will predominantly have a focus on the Marketing aspect (70%) and the remainder of the time will be around supporting the Country Director with the likes of agenda management, logistics & complementary services (customer visits, fairs, flights, accommodation, visa, travel & expense tracking, office management support etc).
For this position, the client is ideally looking for a local candidate however will consider an expat as long as they are willing to relocate and can speak English & Turkish.
Within the marketing side of the role, you will be responsible for:

Within the marketing side of the role, you will be responsible for:
- Perform market research, analysis, and testing using a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data understand marketing trends & activity, internal standards, global trends, develop suggestions aimed at efficient biz plan, effective communications and brand awareness,
- Assist with all internal and external marketing campaigns, producing content and creative for marketing projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize marketing automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social channels
- Create, maintain, and distribute monthly marketing reports showing achievement of critical metric
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education
- Min 3 years of clerical/administrative experience
- Advanced computer skills and agile to new package software platforms
- Ability to maintain a flexible working attitude, while performing job duties in difficult situations or handling complex communication
- initiative, judgment, independent decision making and guest service skills
- Familiar to public communication, arranging events congress, responsible for all preps
- Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies in an ethical manner
- Supports TR leadership team with additional duties and projects as needed
- Assists with receptionist duties and special projects as needed
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent understanding of English, both written and verbal required
