- Academic education to BSc. or BEng. level minimum in process engineering or comparable education.
- Language skills: English are mandatory
- Professional experience: Min 20 years – technical experience, min 5 years – in lead position
- Lead Process Engineer
- Contracts Development Experience, supporting the drafting of technical scope of work of ITB’s, particularly for EPC scope and Lump Sum conditions.
- Professional knowledge and understanding of oil and gas gathering, treatment, storage and transportation processes and principles.
- Experience in oil, gas and gas-condensate fields development; main oil&gas pipelines, including pumps and compressor’s stations; storage facilities for oil and petroleum production, etc. projects.
- Relevant skills include, starting from the Heat & Material Balances by using process simulation software, the preparation of the process deliverables such as PFD, PI&Ds, Blowdown Calculation Report, Supply Spec for Packages, sizing of equipment, PSV, BDV, Control Valves, knowledge of instruments, provision the necessary data for data sheets and technical specifications.
- Proven ability to perform hydraulic and thermal calculations on pipelines and piping systems either in steady than transient states, development of the principles, operating and control philosophies for facilities.
- Experience in P&IDs, Hazid, Hazop, EIA, 3D Models multidisciplinary reviews.
- Experience in technical Bid Evaluations, technical check of the performance data and contractual performance guarantee for critical equipment/packages.
- Preparation and hands-on experience in Process engineering documentation (specifications, philosophies, equipment data sheets, etc.), including training/mentoring of local staff, where applicable.
- Experience in major Onshore or Offshore Oil & Gas Projects, or for Major Oil Company or EPC Contractor would be a plus.
- Experience in pre-award technical activities, involving qualification of Bidders, would be preferable

- Input to coaching, teaching, mentoring and effective supervision of assigned personnel.
- Input to coaching, teaching, mentoring and effective supervision of assigned personnel, including the issuance of tasks and the monitoring of their timely and high-quality implementation.
- Must have sound knowledge and understanding of technical terms and conditions.
- Familiar with all phases of EPC Contracts.
- Awareness of compliance and audit processes.
- Ability to identify changes and improvements to the technical documentation and procedures to reflect Client’s changing requirements.
- Knowledge of computer based systems including, CAD, Database
- Management systems, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office or equivalent software packages.
- Be proactive, a self-starter and ability to work without supervision.
- Systematic thinker and good organizational skills/ time management.
- Strong personality with ability to be firm and persuasive without authority.
- Team player within and across functions.
