Contract: Hazardous Areas Auditor (Mining) / Papua New Guinea

We are working with a Pacific leader in mining to procure the services of a qualified Hazardous Areas Auditor who will be instrumental in performing a systematic and critical audit in a fixed plant setting. This role will be on even time roster and would be best suited to those who are well experienced in and tolerate to contracting FIFO roles

Duties/Responsibilities

• Provide a detailed report of the PAX (Potassium Amyl Xanthate) plant 
• Inspection of PAX plant and shed light on maintenance
• Follow proper guidelines as per OHS standards in Hazardous Areas

Competencies

• Over 5 years of experience in Hazardous Area Auditing preferably in Gold Mining
• Electrical & Instrumentation qualifications
• Auditing Licence
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Great time management skills
