Contract: Construction Superintendent Coating, Insulation Architectural O-1562 / Doha

Leads the monitoring and oversight of the NFXP Topsides contractor team field planning, coordination, and execution activities within designated area of responsibility. Appraises the performance of the NFXP Topsides contractor team in safety, quality, cost (as applicable) and schedule  Ensures that the NFXP Offshore Topsides contractor’s insulation, coatings and architectural team develops, implements and sustains its Safety and Quality program at site. Review the NFXP Offshore Topsides contractor‘s construction deliverables such as Method statements, construction procedures, Lifting schemes etc. as per company specifications Engineering/Construction degree with relevant experience or Recognised Diploma in Engineering/Construction management with prior work experience. Hold a valid NACE or Equivalent level III Coating certificate Minimum 10yrs. experience in coating, insulation and architectural works of offshore Jackets, Topsides, Pipelines and Sub- Sea structures. Exhaustive experience for the preparation, fabrication, and construction of Architectural works of offshore buildings and coating and insulation of offshore structures including piping and Equipment with EPCI contractors.Experience of supervision of TSA coating works Able to supervise a multi-cultural team committed to meeting project objectives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT. A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English. Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications.
