About the role

Report regularly to the Project Manager and Senior Management on the financial, contractual, and administrative status of the project.
Maintain systems to manage all financial and contractual aspects of the Project.
Co-ordinate day-to-day commercial aspects of site, including invoices and progress claims with close consultation with the site manager and foremen.
Awareness of Head Contract and its provisions to support compliance and mirrors these Head Contract conditions within subcontract agreements.
Review subcontract agreements

The successful applicant will have the following experience:

Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Quantity Surveying, Law or Engineering (Civil)
Experience working on similar projects – Roads, Bridges, Utilities;
Demonstrated understanding of relevant legislation (Building Code, BIF, BCIPA, BICSPA, etc)
High standard of communication and reporting skills
Sound negotiation skills and the ability to interpret and analyse specific data
