Site Supervisor - Banksia Grove / Australia

The Company & Role:

Part of a large group of companies they've become a household name in the Western Australian home building sector, with a great reputation for building quality homes across a variety of build styles. Due to an internal restructure, they're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team to manage a large portfolio of homes across the Banskia Grove area.

Due to having full back office support, all client contact is dealt with through the Client Liaison team, allowing you to Supervise and deliver a quality product!

In the role of Site Supervisor you will be working in a close knit team reporting to a Construction Manager with the the role encompassing all elements of building, from co-ordination of sub-contractors, call forwarding and job programming software, ensuring the successful completion of projects with good office support and quality control processes in place. The Site Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining a high quality of work and keeping projects built within time frames and within budget.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 18 months+ Residential experience for a Project Home builder
• Trades base (ideal but not essential)
• Solid tenure with current or previous employers
• Trade background or tertiary qualification
• Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple sites 
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
