The highly valued Oil and Gas Client is seeking to add an Executive Assistant to their team for the VP in their Environmental and Regulatory business unit! This is a long term contract opportunity based in Calgary, AB working Monday through Friday 40/hrs a week. The following responsibilities in this role include but may not be limited to:
• Calendar management
• Provide superior administrative support to the VP and E&R team
• Prioritize duties and responsibilities to provide effective and efficient service
• Accurate preparation and/or coordination of memos, power point presentations and other written communication in accordance with the Clients writing guide
• Support the document storage process and SharePoint sites used by the E&R team
• Implement technology and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure we are maximizing our efficiencies and business processes
• Manage calendars, arrange meetings and requirements
• Process expense statements and invoices for payment
• Coordinate event planning and team activities
• Maintain office supplies inventory
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, in the area the E&R team work
Qualifications
• Experience providing clerical/administrative support in an office environment
• Advanced calendar management through MS Outlook and event logistics/coordinating skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize
• Experience using SharePoint
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
