Role Summary:-

Handles and communicate with 3rd party suppliers regarding all outsourced activities to ensure reliable service delivery and maintain POs’ with proper cost analysis on a monthly basis

Essential Responsibilities:-

Maintain Supplier relationship
Ensure proper qualification for the service provided
Ensure PO submitted for every service provided
Proper cost allocation for every service provided
Cost analysis for all 3rd party spend

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:-

BSC of Engineering / ISO & API Q1/Q2 requirements/TQM/PMP

Other Requirements:-

Alternative Marketing Titles: Supplier Management
Years of relevant experience? 1-3 years
Target Industry: O&G
Mandatory experience/skills/tools: Supplier evaluation / Financial background/ Good negotiation and communication skills / ISO certification
