Construction Coordinator
The Construction Coordinator will assist with the administration of project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, procurement, proposals, estimates, documentation, turnover, client interface, and field-based activities. Responsibilities:
The Construction Coordinator will assist with the administration of project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, procurement, proposals, estimates, documentation, turnover, client interface, and field-based activities. Responsibilities:
- Interfacing with the client for proposal and project related items.
- Assist with executing prime contracts and change orders.
- Assist with the development and implementation of the Project Execution Plan, Safety & Health Plan, Subcontracting Plan, Project Staffing Plan, and Procurement Plan.
- Assist with jobsite set-up activities.
- Assist with securing applicable project permits.
- Assist the Project Management team with administering Request For Proposal (RFP) package development, and developing detailed scope of work documents.
- Assist with cost reporting, scheduling, work breakdown structure, project set-up and closeout, and field progress tracking.
- All other duties as assigned.
- 5+ years of experience working in the Oil & Gas, Renewables or Petrochemical industry.
- Basic knowledge in standard building and construction processes preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
