The client is currently recruiting for the position of HR Administration Assistant, based in Aberdeen.
Responsibilities:
* Provide efficient and confident secretarial support to Senior HR Administrator, PA to MD and other departments where required
* Raise requisitions in SAP system for HR & Comms Team
* Assist with new starts system requests, onboarding and offboarding
* Book meeting rooms and assist with conferencing & events
* Co-ordinate and book travel for the HR & Comms Team
* Assist in all other relevant administrative duties as required
Experience & Qualifications:
* Ideally a qualification in administration or secretarial
* Good standard of Word & MS Packages & typing skills
* Good attention to detail & accuracy essential
* Ability to use own initiative
* SAP experience (preferable but not essential)
