Responsibilities of the Commercial Director includes:

• Leadership of commercial, contractual, legal financial aspect of the project
• Upstream management of the head contract with the client
• Champion the proactive management of resolving risks 
• Work with projects team on potential upstream claims 

What can you bring to the role as the Commercial Director?

• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law or Construction Management
• Supportive mindset and willingness to work with the whole project team increase commercial knowhow 
• 10+ years experience in the engineering and construction industry.
• Ideally experienced on Rail projects
• Experience working on $1bn+ projects
