Currently seeking a Senior Payroll/HR Specialist for a well-known, global scale client across the power and energy sectors.
The purpose of this role is to take ownership of up to three pay cycles each month and general HR operations. It is important that the successful candidate has a strong focus on accuracy, legal compliance, compliance with process and timeliness.
Main Responsibilities:

The purpose of this role is to take ownership of up to three pay cycles each month and general HR operations. It is important that the successful candidate has a strong focus on accuracy, legal compliance, compliance with process and timeliness.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with payroll service partner on a regular basis
- Prepare up to 3 payroll cycles each month
- Assit in checking, quality control and maintenance of records to ensure accuracy
- process new hires and terminations
- Ensure the correct payment of entitlements in relation to awards, agreements and policies.
- 5+ Years’ hands-on experience in payroll and daily operations
- Previous experience in MV/HV industry
- Knowledge and experience in running payroll processes in Australia & New Zealand.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Must have a high level of organization and preparation skills
