The role is a Perth based position as part of the FPU T&I team and includes the opportunity and requirement for travel. Typical travel locations may include Batam, China, NWS, Offshore, and other. Typical durations for a travel swing may be from 2-6 weeks, and total time away from Perth estimated between 1-4 months of the year. Travel and site attendance across festive seasons is a potential requirement to match in with the timing for the project campaigns.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Focal point and owner responsible for particular T&I scopes (packages).
Ability to demonstrate Contractual and commercial knowledge whilst ensuring a balanced focus on Health and Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Delivery. Early identification of cost and schedule deviations, scope gaps, risks, and opportunities to allow timely action & intervention.
Ability to work with contractor, sub-contractors, and WEL stakeholders, developing constructive and collaborative working relationships. Including
Skills & Experience:
Skilled in technical aspects of Offshore Facilities Transport & Installation analysis, design, and offshore procedures. Including preferred experience with heavy lifting, offshore mooring connection of floating units, offshore barge mooring systems.
Experience with Offshore Construction Vessel & HLV package management and delivery, including vessel assurance.
Experience with Fabrication Yard package management with an HS schedule and delivery focus.
Experience with the support of safety case development (offshore construction elements)
Experience with the management of offshore crew competencies, IR, & aviation and logistics operations.
Experience with the management and co-ordination of site integration testing of offshore construction systems.

- Attendance at Constructabilities, HAZIDs, and Readiness Reviews
- Stakeholder management and engagement relating to T&I scopes (Engineering, HS, Marine, Logistics, Integration, C&C, SURF, other)
