Production/Sales Estimator / Australia

The client is a highly recognised custom and volume home builder in North Brisbane. They are wanting to grow their team and bring on an experienced sales and production estimator who can utilize their previously gained experience as an estimator in the residential space to assist them in estimating duties. 

About the role:

• Prepare and assess accurate estimates and quotations of residential home builds 
• Ensure supplier quotations are accurately assessed in order to provide accurate pricing 
• Analyze building drawings, plans and scope of works to determine accurate quotations  
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders efficiently 

About you: 

• Experience working as a production and sales estimator for a home builder
• Ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders
• Experience managing a high work-load efficiently 
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team  
• Knowledge and understanding of all estimating duties and competent in producing Bill of Quantities and Take-offs
