Site Manager / Australia

This award-winning Fitout company has been operating for over 16 years and has been growing steadily and are seeking to expand their resources and adding a Site Manager to the team. 

As the Site Manager you will be responsible for:

• Programming and co-ordination of sub contractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries. 
• Liaison with client ensuring successful delivery of project to schedule
• Management of the construction program reporting to the Project Manager
• Liaison with the commercial team to identify variations and claims
• Managing OHS compliance on site including site inductions

To be considered for the position of Site Manager you will require:

• Experience in commercial or Office Fitout projects (2-3 years delivering projects)
• Sound knowledge of the construction market including sub contractors etc
• Good man-management skills with the ability to motivate and drive both direct and sub-contract labour
• Skilled in OH&S
• Client-focused approach
• Trade background preferable 
• Computer Literate (Ipad/Laptop)
