Asset Manager / Milanów

Do you want to work on behalf of an internationally renowned investment and development company?

We are looking for an Asset Manager, to be based in Milan, Italy. 

You will be part of a team of 5 Asset Managers reporting to the Italian Team Lead and Head of Asset Management in Denmark. You will be responsible for a portfolio of app. 50 MW of PV plants in Italy.

Primary responsibilities

• Commercial Asset Management services
• Management of relationship with institutional agencies (GSE, Edistribution etc.)
• Procuring, obtaining and maintaining relevant insurances, including liaising with insurers as required;
• Responsible for PPA Agreements
• Monitoring and commenting monthly/quarterly unaudited management reports, monitoring forecasting and managing project cash flows, including approving any project related expenses 

General expectations of competences and experience

• Bachelor’s Degree required with a concentration in business, finance, legal, engineering or other similar discipline
• Experience in Asset Management including stakeholder management
• Experience in negotiating contracts along with proven ability to liaise with and manage/monitor contractors
• Good Italian/English Language capabilities
