Team Lead Inside Sales EMEA

As the Team lead Inside Sales you are fully accountable for managing an E2E sales process for a portfolio of Radiology customers remotely. In this role you purpose is to take over customer relationships from the local country field force and to expand BPH RAD’s reach through new customers acquisition, leveraging effective telephone and virtual selling skills. You are also responsible to develop, advance, and implement inside sales standards within your squads and train & coach Inside Sales Representatives (Squad Members) to ultimately drive team efficiency and sales results.

The role will be based in Maastricht, The Netherlands.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • Reviews and tracks the achievements of sales targets and other KPIs for the squad set by local Radiology sales organizations and the Head of Inside Sales Excellence.
  • Co-develops and implements inside sales standards within a squad to improve governance and processes in line with hub-wide guardrails set by Head of Inside Sales Excellence.
  • Leverages own inside sales experience to develop and coach Inside Sales Reps (Squad Members) in digital/ remote selling techniques (e.g., via trainings, feedback).
  • Executes and leads daily check-ins of an inside sales squad to track sales progress vs. target, to prioritize sales opportunities, and to facilitate best practice sharing within/ across squads.
  • Leads onboarding of new squad members.
  • Analyses customer-related data and reimbursement situations to understand product use, demand patterns, and untapped needs to unlock sales opportunities for our Radiology.
  • Generates and qualifies leads to fuel a pipeline of new customer acquisition opportunities.
  • Prepares, schedules, conducts, and follows-up on outbound calls with Radiology customers.
  • Conducts regular check-ins with customers to promote our Radiology product and service suite incl. new offerings and promotions to strengthen customer relationships and to seize cross-/upselling opportunities.
  • Building on segmentation, develops joint customer and territory plans together with local field sales force, hands-over opportunities which require joint coverage to close sales deals.

Who you are?
  • 2-3 years team leadership experience, ideally in an Inside Sales role in MedTech / Pharma.
  • Preferably bachelor’s degree in a natural science related field (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medicine) or training as pharmaceutical representative or radiographer/ equivalent.
  • Profound methodological experience in Inside Sales / Tele sales / Call Centre Operations using virtual / remote sales engagement. and leveraging new digital/ agile ways of working.
  • Proven ability to develop and grow Inside Sales capacities.
  • Strong competency in customer focus and driving for results.
  • Stellar presentation and communication skills to win over customers remotely.
  • Native or business level English and an additional European language.
