You will work within established procedures and guidelines with limited ability to modify approach and must complete assigned tasks with a moderate degree of supervision. Operates special purpose equipment for rubber mixing. Reads and interprets BOM. Starts and observes mixing operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance specifics as required.

Job Responsibilities
- Weigh-up chemicals and operate special purpose equipment for rubber mixing.
- Reads and interprets Hemps and recipe specifications.
- Starts and observes mixing operation to detect out-of-tolerance mixing and adjusts mixer controls as required.
- Perform work in compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality expectations.
- Ability to apply basic written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic math and basic PC skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, work orders and drawings.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to work, focus and thrive in a very fast paced and noisy work environment.
- The employee must regularly lift, push, pull and/or move up to 20 lbs and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- The employee must be able to safely operate a forklift.
- Ability to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.

- Maintain regular and reliable attendance and performance to met production and business needs.
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.1+ years related experience.
Desired Characteristics
- 3+ years related experience.
- Certified to operate a forklift.
- Experience with Oracle or SAP.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language.
- High attention to detail, accuracy with numbers.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy and order.
- Able to work extended hours and weekends.
- Knowledge of rubber molded parts.
- Demonstrated willingness to complete all tasks to support production business objectives.
- The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Required to use personal protective equipment. Most working areas are covered and inside but are not air-conditioned. Ceiling fans and heaters are used as needed.
- May be requested to work overtime and weekends as business needs.
- 8:00AM – 4:30PM Monday through Friday (with overtime as required – shift will begin earlier than 8:00AM and/or end later than 4:30PM), some Weekends from 5:00AM – 1:30PM.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status
