Role descriptionThe Wind Electrical Installation Supervisor main job purpose is to provide technical (especially electrical) expertise during the wind installation and finishing phase in order to prepare the Wind Turbine / Wind Farm for commissioning. Additionally, the wind Electrical Installation Supervisor can be involved in resolving quality deviations (de-snagging) to ensure not only a smooth handover to the customer but also a smooth operation over the Wind Turbine's lifetime. To achieve this, all wind installation and finishing activities are to be executed in a safe manner considering the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency.Wind Electrical Installation Supervisor Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesSupport the Wind Quality Manager on technical non-conformities and to ensure compliance with 'Management of Change' requirements for reporting, developing solutions and implementation;Support the Wind Site Manager for Quality Gate 1 and incoming goods inspections;Assist the Wind Site Manager, Wind Quality Manager and Electrical PE on foundation and component electrical continuity checks;Support the Wind Site Manager and Wind Quality Manager with collating and checking for completeness, before releasing the Commissioning documentation, Statutory Inspections, and reports.Maintain close contact with Wind QM for ordering and tracking missing parts and Requisition Notes (RNs);Responsible to submit the GCV request for Wind Turbines;Lead with the provided documentation for First energisation and final inspections through to Final Energization;Support in general terms on all electrical matters within the Client Scope of supply;Moreover, the Wind Electrical Installation Supervisor will be involved in resolving quality deviations (de-snagging) to ensure not only a smooth handover to the customer but also a smooth operation over the Wind Turbines lifetime. To achieve this, all installation and finishing activities are to be executed in a safe manner considering the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.The Wind Electrical Installation Supervisor must ensure that all installation and finishing activities comply with general Client HSE regulations and specific HSE regulations for construction sitesThe Wind Electrical Installation Supervisor must ensure pro-active quality through the whole installation and finishing process always with the focus of a smooth handover of the Wind Turbine/Wind Farm to the customer.Qualifications Required:Completed vocational training in Electronics/Mechatronics or similar fieldAt least 2 years of experience in working with Wind TurbinesExperience with low, medium and high voltage component systemsRequired Trainings First Aid (GWO)Manual Handling (GWO)Fire Awareness (GWO)Rescue and rescue at heights (GWO)Valid medical evaluations (G25, G41, G26.1, G20)
